The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Refers to the time it takes to verify and prepare your order for shipping. All orders are processed within 24 hours after being placed, with additional time required for packaging, quality checks, and final preparation. Processing typically takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping Time: Domestic deliveries typically take between 7–14 business days, while international orders usually take about 15–30 business days. Please note that, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected.

Our return and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
